Frequently Asked Questions

Service call fee is $85.00 and includes our trip out and the diagnostic.  If the repair is simple (example: tripped breaker, loose wire, etc.) then the repair is included in the $85.00.  If the repair is more serious then the technician on site will quote the proper repair.

Code change is occurring January 1, 2023.  This means the efficiency of HVAC units will be held to a higher standard.  Our current R-410A refrigerant will turn to R-454B refrigerant.  In home owner terms, this means the price of units will increase 25% to 40% and unit sizes will increase 30%.

Any job over $2,000.00 requires a 50% deposit and the final 50% is due within two weeks of completion.

New construction requires a 50% deposit.  We bill 25% after the completion of the rough in and the remaining 25% upon full completion of the job.

Permits are required when:

• Indoor or Outdoor unit is replaced.

• Any major electrical work is performed on the lineside voltage supplying the HVAC unit.

• Ductwork is replaced.

• Major repairs are made to the ductwork and the design is altered.

New construction and change out quotes are free.  Second opinons are $40 service fee and we require to see the invoice from the first opinion.

We do service 24/7, including holidays.  Our service call fee remains $85.00 and rates on all parts and labor is 10% higher then our regular prices.
